Named for a famous mine near Aspen, Ajax Lofts was the first in a series of downtown loft projects. The design features high ceilings and large windows, heavy timber and exposed brick to create a mix of old and new architectural styles.
The red brick and metal exterior with post-and-beam construction evokes the area’s mining and industrial past. The project consists of 49 loft-style condominiums ranging from 650 to 2000 square feet.
Located just west of Coors Field, the Jack Kerouac lofts were completed in Summer 2005 and received design awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
These attractively priced spaces feature the high ceilings, large windows and open floor plans that characterize loft living in addition to individual outdoor space, ample heated parking, and spacious common areas.
