Bill joined the AVW Real Estae Partners in 2003 to help Ali close out two of her downtown projects: Tower on The Park, and Ajax-Jack Kerouac lofts. Since that time Bill has become one of Ali's most knowledgeable partners helping her close 189 transactions in 2004. Bill is an active member of the Mike Ferry organization, where he receives weekly coaching calls to fine tune his real estate skills and expertise.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Journalism; majoring in Telecommunications with a minor in History. When not selling homes, Bill loves to ski, fish, play golf and tennis, attend Avalanche and Bronco games, and spend time with his wife,Brittany, and daughter, Cadence.

Rick joined Ali’s team in 2000. He is a licensed Broker with vast experience in contracts and sales. In 2001, Rick spearheaded the team’s efforts in listing and selling their first multi-unit development project, The Tower on the Park.
Rick’s primary responsibility for the team is managing all Purchase Agreements and facilitating all closings. In addition to contractual management, he assists the other team members to service home buyers and works as an on-site salesperson for the many development projects represented by the team.
Rick studied Public Relations at Colorado State University. He is a Colorado native
and although one of his passions is traveling, he has declared Colorado as his undisputed
home.

John joined the Ali van Westenberg Partners in 2006 to assist in the Gateway Station, Franklin Square and Blueprint Lofts
projects. Having lived in the Denver area for 5 years, John is zealous when he says that he loves this town!
The weather, the mountains, the people…it is a perfect place to live.

Karen has been involved in the Real Estate industry for since 2000, and joined
Ali’s team as a licensed Associate Broker in 2002. She was the On-Site agent for
New Home Developments including Jack Kerouac Lofts and Ajax Lofts in downtown Denver,
and The Reserve at Stanton Hill in Lakewood. Karen also enjoys working as a Buyers Agent helping people
achieve the American Dream of home ownership. As a Coloradoan since 1995, Karen loves
hiking, camping, biking and anything that gets her outdoors with her dog.

Kathryn holds a BA in Communications from the University of Colorado. She worked in the airline industry as a flight attendant for 8 years prior to selling real estate. Kathryn has had her real estate license for over 20 years in Colorado and has been one of the Ali van Westenberg Real Estate Partners since 2002. Currently she markets homes in and around the Denver Metro area, specializing in the downtown, Cherry Creek and Greenwood Village areas. For the past 3 years she was the lead agent for Golden's Gateway Station, a 38 unit condo building in downtown Golden. Kathryn also had the pleasure of assisting the Ali van Westenberg Team in selling units at The Tower on the Park, Ajax Lofts, Jack Kerouac Lofts, Stanton Hill Phases I and II, and Bear Valley Park Condominiums.
For the past 2 years Kathryn has been a volunteer for the Colorado Aids Project. In addition
to selling homes and volunteering, she enjoys running, skiing and spending time with her daughter
Jessica, her son Jack.

Jill is the newest member to join the Ali van Westenberg Real Estate Partners and has earned the trust of many buyers and sellers over the past three years through her strong work ethic and her willingness to walk her clients through the entire transaction process. Jill holds a degree in Business Administration and taught business education for some time before making the decision to put her business savvy to work. As a member of the Ali van Westenberg Real Estate Partners, her expertise adds a new dimension to the team's strengths when representing new home builders as well as powerful support for all of the team's buyers and sellers.
During Jill's free time, she enjoys skiing, reading, and spending time with her husband of 29 years and 4 children ranging in ages from 15-24 and one very spoiled miniature dachshund bringing to light that perhaps despite her extensive business training and expertise, Jill strongly believes that family should always come first.
Melissa is the Ali van Westenberg Real Estate Partners newest team member. With over 20 years of Real Estate experience, Melissa specializes as a Buyers Agent and Relocation Broker. Whether it is a 1st time home buyer or George Karl, the Denver Nuggets coach, each of my clients receives the utmost care and attention.
