Blueprint Logo

Blueprint is the first residence to break ground as part of the new Main Street Zoning plan for the revitalization of East Colfax Avenue. Scheduled to open in summer 2007, Blueprint will offer 39 condominiums with exclusive amenities at several price points, from the mid-$100s to the $400s. Five floor plans have been designed in 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom-styles with 1,300-1,700 square feet in total living area.

A car service for residents and ground floor retail, including a small market, will allow residents to experience true urban living without needing to own a car. A dog-walking service will cater to the lifestyle of active Colorado professionals. And pre-qualified referrals for maid services, dry cleaning services and even a personal shopper will complete the new blueprint for living that will be offered to residents

Blueprint will offer a certificate for a free Vespa LX50 scooter from Erico Motorsports to every buyer, further reinforcing the urban living style that is encouraged in the Main Street Zoning plan and carried through in Blueprint. Golden's Gateway Station

artists rendering of Golden's Gateway Station

This is where Colorado began... downtown Golden, with roots that date back to 1858 and the first Pikes Peak Gold Rush... Colorado's first territorial capital... a place that was a gateway between rolling prairie and the Rockies... between the city and untamed wilderness.

This was the Gateway City, a place where Colorado first defined its aspirations, and where Colorado first enjoyed that remarkable blend of natural splendor and urban attractions that became identified as the Colorado way of living.

At the hub of that city was Washington Avenue... a broad prospect that linked the new urban refinement to the excitement further west. There were rail connections... not just to Denver, but to Idaho Springs, Central City, and even Cheyenne.

Now Washington Avenue in Golden has become a gateway once more... Golden's Gateway Station
